Bausum & Duckett is proud to recognize an individual employee each month for his/her outstanding attendance, dependability, knowledge and hard work. Each employee of the month stands out among all of our exceptional employees and is therefore given special kudos for a job well done.

Employee Of The Month

James Martin 
Commercial Department

James has been with B & D for a 1 1/2 years now. He works out of the Frederick area and is finishing up a Citizens Care building in Frederick.  He is currently in the final stages of the building inspections and turn over for use.  Since his arrival to B&D Jim has proven to be a valuable employee and consistently meets or exceeds our expectations.

Dustin Perrish 
Residential Department

Dustin started with us just 2 years ago. He has just completed a custom home in DC. His attention to detail & excellent quality workmanship made this project that much easier for all involved. His next project is a 22,000 square foot home that will certainly keep him busy. Thanks Dustin for your excellence as a project foreman and helping out other, fellow employees when needed.
